Psychology VR Lab at Royal Holloway
The Psychology VR Lab is a purpose-built space for VR + eye-tracking research. With a large play area, high-spec PCs/GPUs, and Oculus/Meta and HTC Vive headsets (including Tobii-enabled systems), we measure gaze, head/body movement, and behaviour in room-scale VR. Projects span museum viewing, social VR, and visual attention in extended fields of view, using ROI metrics and heatmaps to link design choices to how people look and move. We collaborate with Computer Science and Electronic Engineering and contribute to StoryFutures activity.
